Forever Beta Starts at Level 20: What You Can Actually Test

Blizzard’s Beta launch notice sets the initial cap at level 20, with level 30 coming later. The opening phase includes Skyborne and Zephras Isle, Hall of Thanes for levels 13–18, Ruins of Lordaeron for levels 15–20, and zone content through level 20.
