Browsing and service security
You can browse without an account. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser and device information, timestamps and security events to deliver the service, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. These operational records are separate from your locally saved builds.
Local storage and cookies
The talent calculator and personal tier list store your choices in your browser. Named builds and backup imports are saved locally, rather than in a website account. Avoid including personal information in names because analytics may observe rendered page content. Clear site data in your browser to remove these saves. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. Google advertising personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies when providing abuse protection.
Visitor analytics and session replay
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, referral sources and navigation; Plausible, served from plausible.shipsolo.io, for aggregate traffic measurement; and Microsoft Clarity for interaction analysis, heatmaps and session replay. These services may receive page URLs, referrers, device and browser details, interaction events and network information. Clarity may capture rendered page content and interactions. We do not deliberately send saved-build names, imported backup files or contact details as analytics event properties. Browser privacy controls and content blockers can limit collection. Analytics retention depends on the relevant service and project settings.
Search and share links
Site search runs against a published index in your browser. Search terms, talent allocations and personal tier choices can appear in URLs; these URLs may be recorded in browser history, hosting request logs or the service where you share them. Shared calculator links exclude saved build names, while exported backups include the names you assigned. Do not put personal or confidential information in names or shared links.
News summaries and AI processing
Our server collects public game announcements, reports and client-data changes. Selected public source text is sent to DeepSeek to prepare and check news summaries. Normal browsing, calculator drafts, imported backups and personal tier choices are not submitted to DeepSeek by this feature. Public source material may contain author names already published by the source. You can contact us about a source attribution or privacy concern.
Email and external services
If you email support@wowforeverwiki.site, your email address and the information you include are used to respond and resolve your request. Your email provider and the receiving mail service process the message under their own policies. External links lead to independently operated websites. Loading external media, when present, can send ordinary request information to that provider.
Purposes, recipients and locations
We use information to deliver requested features, answer correspondence and maintain service security. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing this free service and responding to requests, or consent where required. Service providers such as Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, our Plausible hosting provider and DeepSeek may process the relevant information in countries other than yours. Their infrastructure and privacy terms apply to their processing. We do not sell personal information or use your build choices for advertising profiles.
Retention and your choices
Local saves remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. We retain correspondence only while needed to handle the request, maintain a necessary record or meet legal obligations. Operational logs follow the hosting service settings and security needs; we do not promise a fixed retention period for every provider. Published news and its source references may remain as an archive.
Privacy requests and policy changes
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to your local privacy authority. Email support@wowforeverwiki.site to make a request; we may need proportionate information to verify it. Local-only browser data can be removed directly on your device. We will update this page and its effective date when our practices materially change.
