On desktop, hover or focus a talent to inspect it, click to learn a rank, and right-click or Shift-click to refund. On touchscreens, tap to inspect and use Learn or Unlearn. Your draft is kept separately for each class. Undo restores the previous allocation, including resets. Each deeper row needs five more points in earlier rows; connected talents need their prerequisite at full rank. Reset a tree to explore another route. Share build creates a link that restores your allocation and level.
Set your level and plan the route
The WoW Forever Talent Calculator gives a level 30 character 21 points and a level 60 character 51 points, shared across all three trees. Before committing to a capstone, count the points needed to reach it and what remains for your second tree. A legal path tells you what you can select; the talent effects tell you whether that path serves your role.

Saving builds in the WoW Forever Talent Calculator
My builds saves named setups locally. Export library copies a JSON backup; importing adds valid setups without replacing existing ones. Shared links contain your class, level, data version and exact ranks, but no saved name. Opening a link takes precedence over a local draft. If storage or clipboard access is unavailable, the page reports it and provides text to copy manually.
Share a WoW Forever talent build with your group

How many points does the WoW Forever talent calculator give me?
The standard progression starts at level 10 with one point and reaches 51 points at level 60. All three trees share that budget. Required level shows the minimum standard level for your current allocation.
Can I copy a Classic Era or Wrath build into this planner?
Rebuild it using the Forever talent effects, positions and prerequisites. Other versions may use a different tree order or entirely different mechanics; their build strings are not supported.

The remaining build must still satisfy every earlier-row threshold, full-rank prerequisite and level budget. Refund dependent choices first, reset that tree, or use Undo. An invalid change leaves your allocation intact.
Why is a talent value marked unknown?
That specific rank was not supplied in the source snapshot. You can allocate its legal point without pretending the missing effect is known. The full reference lists recorded ranks and groups undocumented ones together.

Each class keeps its own browser draft. Named setups in My builds let you retain multiple allocations, and Undo restores recent changes during the current session. Export a backup before clearing browser storage.
What does a shared talent build include?
The link records class, level, every allocated rank and the v1 build format. Local setup names are excluded. A valid shared link takes precedence over your draft; an invalid link does not replace a recoverable draft.
Does Legacy Talented add more than 51 points?
The preview perk changes when talent points become available, not the level-60 cap. This calculator currently uses standard level-10 progression and does not apply that early-access adjustment.

No. The WoW Forever Talent Calculator checks allocation rules, not combat performance. Use class analysis to compare resource costs, form requirements and group responsibilities; final rankings need encounter and performance evidence.
