Class
Return for the decisions between forms, not just the promise of four roles. The preview gives each role a clearer engine, but spending 51 points still means choosing which job gets your strongest tools.
Class
Choose the Hunter relationship you want with your pet before spending points. Forever offers pet-dependent damage, a petless damage condition, and a Survival tree with explicit melee interactions; those are distinct commitments.
Class
Forever Mage needs deliberate proc interpretation. Arcane Blast builds a resource tradeoff, Hot Streak accumulates cast-time reduction, and Fingers of Frost grants a limited number of frozen-target opportunities.
Class
Forever Paladin has linked actions to investigate: seals and their replacement, Holy Strike maintenance, and Holy Shock setup. The practical question is how these actions fit together without exhausting mana or conflicting with defensive cooldowns.
Class
Healing choices are more than throughput percentages. Discipline connects shields and follow-up heals; Holy rewards choosing different spells; Shadow combines mana relief with a healing restriction that matters to hybrid assignments.
Class
The trees now ask different questions about finishing moves: poison duration, cooldown recovery, or energy reduction from a maintained bleed. Choose the loop you want to sustain before spreading points across familiar names.
Class
Familiar expansion spell names can conceal different rules. The Forever preview makes Flame Shock support Lava Burst through a damage condition and gives Enhancement a Lightning Bolt-specific Maelstrom interaction.
Class
Warlock choices increasingly connect one action to another: afflictions support drains, one demon can be sacrificed before using another, and Destruction rewards managing debuffs on multiple targets.
Class
Arms gains more reasons to watch the target and weapon type; Protection gains tools that make shield play worth evaluating on its own terms. Do not choose a Forever build solely from Classic Fury rankings.
